You have to be the marketer, business manager, editor, bookkeeper, admin, cleaner, assistant, salesperson as well as the "talent"... pure exhausting.

When I look back at my own journey, there were certainly areas I could have (SHOULD HAVE) let go of a lot earlier.

And that is why I loved chatting with my client Cass for this latest episode of the podcast.

Early on in her business Cass realized her strengths and decided to outsource the things she is not strong at.

And she also recognised early the benefit of the connection that potential clients wanted with her (a real person) before they made the commitment to work with her.

Now on the verge of her 4th photoshoot with me in just 3 years, Cass reflects the value of hiring professionals (like me) to become part of her team early on.

And her business has benefitted massively, growing at a mammoth pace. In just under 4 years Cass has become a major player in her field and has already launched another sub-business within her business Your Mortgage Coach.

I wanted to share Cass's experience in her own words on how using personal brand photography in the marketing of her as "the brand" has played a part in her rapid growth and success.
